A. W. Slack
Epic Political Fantasy Author
A. W. Slack writes about complicated characters who question the prophecies they inherit, the powers they serve, and the systems that tell them who they’re meant to become. Inspired by ancient mythology, history, and morally questionable institutions, her stories explore power, faith, agency, and the messy space between doing what is right and doing what you were taught was right. When she isn’t building worlds or plotting fictional coups, she works as a governmental data analyst. (Yes, she sees the irony.)
Enter the Realm…
Every prophecy has a beginning.
When an isolated village goes silent, Captain Hollis Armenios leads a patrol into the foothills of Igni to investigate. What waits in Pinspire should not exist.
And it will not remain there for long.
